The annual recognition banquet was held at the theater, with 46 in attendance. Thanks to Kris Kitzinger, Chairman, the lower level was converted into a 1950’s diner and most in
attendance dressed the part. Steve Gray’s band, Three Legged Dog, played ‘50s music and Mike Cain and crew prepared burgers, hot dogs, french fries & fried onion rings,
with ice cream floats for dessert. A good time was had by all.
Shari Phillips, President, thanked all who helped with the past year and a list of volunteers was read by Janet Day. Steve Gray reported that Bye Bye Birdie had an attendance of 860 people, with $8500 brought in, and gave
kudos to Robin Overbey.
Robin told of the award we are to receive from the SW Indiana Arts Council,
the only community theater to receive one this year, and presented the upcoming plays.
Shari presented certificates to the directors of our past four plays.
